Requirements:
Design an application on zoho for my telecom company where in the customers of a particular network can register complains related to the offerings of the company.
Make tabs for- home page briefly introducing the company and its core competencies,registering new complains,updating complain status and a user manual on how to access the portal .The entries under these tabs should include some features as described below.
Home page: A brief description of the the service provider should be on the home page showcasing its core competencies.
Register complains: This should include gathering essential data about the customer like Customer name, email ID, complain type, complain details and complain date, and any other thing that could be considered necessary.
Email notification: once the customer fills in the complain registration form a mail should be sent to him on his registered mail ID confirming him about the complain registration.
Complain View/ update:The customer should feed in his details like name ,complain number and be able to see his complain status and also update it.
User manual: A manual explaining the details on how to access the portal.
